  • All our knives are made from high carbon stainless steels to give you a knife that will last generations

  • High carbon knives are very durable. Designed to hold and edge longer and last for generations with proper care. HC knives will rust with prolonged exposure to moisture. To clean, hand wash and dry off water. Periodically use a food safe wax or oil to protect your knife from the elements

  • Stainless steel knives are durable and resistant to rusting. Just as strong, and in some cases stronger than some high carbon steels, they are a great material for knives used where moisture is more likely to make contact. To clean, just hand wash blade.

  • All wood handles go through a stabilization process where the wood soaks up resin and then is baked to seal it in. This process makes the wood harder and more durable. To help keep the wood protected, periodically place a food safe wax or oil on handle.

  • While dishwashers are very convenient to clean our dirty dishes, the corrosive agents used in the detergent and the high heat of the water can be detrimental to your knife’s care. Only hand wash and dry to prolong the life of your blade.
